The Better Business Bureau is the best-known consumer dispute resolution system in North America.  ServiceMaster by Blaze maintains membership in the Better Business Bureau, and participates in the Better Business Bureau Online Reliability Program.  As such, our business has been reviewed by BBB to meet truth in advertising guidelines and to follow good customer service practices.

Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) - Certified Firm
ServiceMaster by Blaze is proud to be an IICRC-Certified Firm!  As such, we have the training and experience required to understand the frustrations and trauma that property damage causes for home and business owners.  Our certification is indicative of our unique qualifications to properly evaluate a property loss situation, test damaged materials, coordinate with insurance professionals, and ultimately to help restore your property and contents to a pre-loss condition - or better! 

Our IICRC-Certified Firm Status has been obtained through our dedication to having an IICRC-Certified Technician present on all of our job sites; our pursuit of advanced, continuing education and training for each technician; maintenance of a written customer complaint procedure; and adherence to IICRC’s Certified Firm Code of Ethics which promotes professionalism, honesty, integrity and competency in all dealings with consumers.

The Water Loss Institute (WLI) is the world's foremost authority and resource on the restoration of residential and commercial property as a result of water and sewage damage.  As a member, ServiceMaster by Blaze adheres to its high code of ethics and stays abreast of the latest technology and expertise in the industry.

American Bio-Recovery Association (ABRA)
